About Natalie Costello

For more than 15 years, Natalie Costello has built a career defined by an extraordinary command of her markets and an ability to see opportunity from every angle. Her experience spans pre-construction, resale, investment and waterfront real estate across South Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Muskoka and Southern Ontario, advising entrepreneurs, executives, professional athletes, investors and families through multi-million-dollar purchases and sales.

Natalie began her career in pre-construction, developing an early understanding of development, investment and the forces that shape long-term value. Fifteen years across changing market cycles have since given her an exceptional frame of reference: the neighbourhoods, builders, developments and histories behind them, and the nuances that can materially influence value.

Her knowledge is matched by a network built over the course of her career. Longstanding relationships with clients, agents, developers and professionals give Natalie insight and access that often extend beyond what is publicly available. She follows opportunities others may overlook and knows when another conversation, another call or another approach can change the outcome.

At the negotiating table, Natalie reads people exceptionally well. She understands motivation, recognizes leverage and knows when to push, when patience is the stronger position and when the best advice is to walk away. Her clients know they will get her opinion, not the answer she thinks they want to hear.

That candour has earned tremendous loyalty. Clients return to Natalie through different homes and stages of their lives, introducing family, friends and colleagues along the way. Much of her business has been built through those relationships. When Natalie takes someone on, she takes their interests personally.

In 2022, Natalie and Bianca Sheahan founded Natalie Costello Real Estate after working alongside one another since 2016. Now Clifford Costello Real Estate, the company brings together the experience, relationships and perspective they had spent years building, with Natalie remaining closely involved in its direction and its clients.

Natalie lives in Mineola with her husband and children and has built a personal real estate portfolio spanning secondary and investment properties in the city, multiple waterfront communities and British Columbia. Her own experience as an owner and investor gives her another perspective on the decisions she advises clients to make and reflects a conviction in real estate that extends well beyond her career.

Family remains at the centre of Natalie’s world. She is happiest surrounded by the people she loves, preferably at the cottage, on the water, with a glass of wine in hand.
